I'm going to check it out. I don't have any PSE, but my Mom gave me her Surface Pro and I'd love to have PSE on there for smaller on the go projects. @krscraps I'd love to hear what you think of your trial evaluation.
That's a good point, Karen (PSE for other uses). I use PS CC, but we want to get a family desktop soon ... maybe PSE would be good for that (cuz my kids don't need PS CC, but at least PSE would give DD something to try out and I can use it if (when?) my laptop conks out.
Ok. I'll be honest, for my scrapping I don't see much of a difference yet. I'm gonna keep playing around, but unless I find something monumental that I can't live without, I'm gonna keep with 14.
I was working on a LO the other day and PS was trying to update. I yelled - NOT NOW! Confused the hubby he had no clue what I was yelling at. haha. I need to reset my lightroom. I was just fooling around in it seeing how things work before I researched what the best way to organize things was. So now I know how to use it best for me and it's a HUGE mess. Time for a fresh start in there, but that will take several days of organizing.
oh, that is so annoying! (But I did giggle about your husband being confused. I bet mine would be like "what did I do?!" lol!) Good luck getting this sorted!
I just downloaded the 2019 PSE trial - I've been using PSCC forever but now that I'm not a professional photographer (just an enthusiast/hobbyist ) PSCC is really way more than I need for scrapbooking. I use LRCC for photos and subscribe to the photographer package of LRCC & PSCC but I spend way more time shopping and thinking about creating than ACTUALLY creating! Just thinking, maybe less is more for this time in my life??
I shared it a lot over the weekend... but just in case.. have you seen Cheryl's lightroom videos here? They are free and fabulous!
Perhaps I should share the link.... https://the-lilypad.com/forum/threads/lightroom-from-workflow-to-wow-videos.44963/
