Ooh yes! At first I was a little skeeved out, but I emailed them to be sure the email was legit and to see how it would work for those of us who had ordered with the Plum District coupon. I got a response right away. They said:
Hi Sara,
You will have to create your account and order again. If you redeemed a gift voucher, the website WILL honor your code when you reorder.
As always, we appreciate your business and look forward to shipping your order this week. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we get through this! We will be sure to send you something extra special in your shipment.

So...I went ahead and re-ordered, creating my account again, and as promised my plum district voucher AND the welcome10 coupon were honored. So the cost was still the same.
I am keeping watch on my acct. to be sure they refund the first purchase as promised...so far I've not seen it come through but I suspect it's a timing issue. We shall see.
I imagine they had tons of orders with this promotion so I feel badly for them having to reach out to customers in this way. Not terribly good for business, but so far the response has been timely and they seem to be trying hard to do right by everyone who ordered.
