I'm curious to know if anyone uses an email program, other than online (one that sends all your emails to one place, like Outlook)?

I've been using Incredimail for something like 12 years now, ever since we got our very first computer. I liked the backgrounds and little smiley faces etc. But I don't use those very often anymore and for whatever reason, it's sending multiple copies of emails (driving me nuts)! I delete one and it comes again and again and again. I've tried troubleshooting, but to be honest, I'm ready to switch to something different.

Any recommendations?

I have a work email that was originally set up through Mail, and I didn't love it, so I have it all forward to my gmail where I can use the labels and folders and such to organize it easier. I ::heart:: gmail! :)

(some people really love Mail, I just didn't. I'm not trying to knock it, lol!)

I use gmail, too, and have all my various e-mails POPed to that account, meaning they all come to that one account, no matter what e-mail they are sent to. You can even send e-mail from the different e-mail addresses right from gmail (but, you can do that with most e-mail providers, to be fair).

Yep... almost word for word what Kate said. I heart gmail! :) I can check it from any computer and even on my phone and they are all synced together and I have all my emails forwarded to that one account. Love it!

I use gmail as well. I used to use Mail (on my Mac) and just didn't like it.

I do use Outlook at work though.

I love Outlook but, we don't have it. I always used it when I worked and loved it. Now I just check my Yahoo through Yahoo and my design emails through Windows Live Mail.

Been using gmail for a long time. I have it synched to my phone too so I can delete emails on either device and and it synchs. I like how all the reply emails for a certain email stay attached together too.

I use outlook, gmail & hotmail. Hotmail has turned into my junk email - that's the one I use for all of my online shopping/groupon kind of stuff, and facebook notifications. Gmail is my personal one that I use the most - it's the only one I get on my phone. Outlook is my business one and I love it for that - I have about 30 email addresses in that one (various ones for a few of my own businesses, plus webmaster stuff for all of the websites I manage) so it keeps everything nice and neat and orderly and organized.

I use Outlook at work, it gets my work email and my personal email. I use gmail for much of my scrapbook/online life. That's the only one that shows up on my phone/iPad.

My boss rigged up a neat way for me to check my work email from the internet so that's helpful too.

I have a yahoo, gmail, and windows live, but the only one I really use is live. It has been giving me lots of trouble lately though, so I may switch my main over to gmail since it seems to have really good recs!!
