So, the girl wasn't going to dress up for Halloween. That is... until today. She got invited to a Halloween party with two friends and she needs a costume. But not just any costume... like most groups of teen girls, they want to match/coordinate.

I've found a few ideas online and the one they're liking so far is pretty simple... m&m's. Just curious if anyone else has any easy ideas before we start shopping/crafting.

Powerpuff girls? Cat in the Hat with Thing 1 and Thing 2? Alvin and the Chipmunks? The Plastics from Mean Girls? Rock, Paper, Scissors (made with cardboard)? Three Blind Mice? Power Rangers? Oompa Loompas?

Lol! I was trying to think of things with 3?! :giggle

My daughter and her friend one year went as the White Swan - Black Swan

My teens have gone as nerds, zombies, mummies - most anything scary will do.

My daughter just said that she and her friends are going to do 3 blind mice this year. They are going to wear mouse ears, sunglasses, draw on whiskers and carry canes.

I told them that they had to make a decision ASAP if we were going to get it done, so here's what they picked...

Nothing earth shattering, but it'll get the job done!

Love the suggestions though @wvsandy and @jk703! @Sokee those are great costume ideas! If there were just two of them, those could definitely work. I'll keep them in mind. And love the Waldos! My son went as Waldo one year.

I also need to figure out what kind of party this is. She said it's a Halloween Party cruise on a boat leaving from Navy Pier here in Chicago... but it's not showing up on the schedule of events. So, I'm guessing it's a private party? It's mid-day, so it's not going to be anything wild... so a milder/cutesy costume would be good.

love so many of the images in this thread but far out those comic painted girls - pretty cool

I saw something in a Michaels ad I got (I think it was Michaels) and it had a family with different bright colored shirts. And they put on big googly eyes in different patterns and sizes to make silly monster faces out of them. It seemed pretty simple.

Oh, I found the picture!
