Hey . . . what happened to the "Already Purchased" notice in the store? I just bought two items that I already have!
 
it's there for me...

sorry if the file is huge - I'm on my phone.

maybe you can get refunded?

You may have purchased in a different form, like a special bundle. Frustrating. It says it usually on the product page and on the checkout page, so it must have been some special you bought. You could try contacting customer service.
 
Yes, it's still there but depending on what it is, it could have been from another "shop". ie... if it was a collab, I think they are different products in each designers stores. Make sense?

Regardless, please contact Customer Service and I know they will straighten it out for you :). Happens to all of us.
 
I have to be very careful when I am buying Liz's templates because I have a lot from when Scrap Orchard and they don't show up as bought here. I very nearly bought one that I already had the other day! It was a good thing I checked!

I hope you can get it sorted out!
 
I feel your pain, so frustrating. I know though that I have items purchased from other stores for designers who are now here, as well as stuff in bundles, from blog hops or special purchases that don't flag. I used to be pretty good at remembering what I have but now I tend to open up my file folder and double check against what is on my hard drive before hitting buy.
 
When I find I have duplicates its usually because I have purchased some elements or papers separately to save some bucks then the whole bundle goes on sale for an amazing price and I already have some of the parts so I end up with two folders of something. Oh Well..

Same here. I almost always check my digi stash if something shows up on a store without the 'already purchased' warning. This is especially true for me re bundles. It also surprises me that a lot of my taste is the same over the years. Say on a full store sale, I'll look at something I like while scanning through products and sure enough, I click and there's the 'purchased' warning. It does remind me to use it, or use it again!
 
I've done the same thing! I contacted Laura and she took care of it (this was many years ago), so please do get in touch with her. The customer service is awesome around here!

And I've done it with BYOC products before. I buy the special newsletter bundle, and don't realize that I own it when I want a piece of it later.
 
I still get the notification of having bought it already...I had two external hard drives dying since I came to the Pad.... so some of the stuff I have to download again...and it keeps telling me I already have it....
but, like some of the girls well said: customer service is great here, I am sure if you get in touch you will get help :)
