doll/girl night gown patterns - HELP!

my 7 year old wants an american girl doll for christmas. yeah, NOT going to happen. she has one and i thought i would just make a matching bed and clothes for her. she'd love a night gown, but i can't, for the life of me find a pattern that includes BOTH!
any help?

You are right though - it is hard to find pattersn that are for nightgowns and have both the girl and doll pattern!
