Do you Stitch Fix??? UPDATE - pics included

Great idea for some but not for me. I like to go out for an afternoon and look around for sales. I'll be curious to see what you get.

Yes - I will not be requesting a box every month - that would be too much for me. As far as pricing, you can choose a category, and I chose cheapest for all categories, but I will admit - it looks like it is a little more pricey than what I would normally spend, but I am hoping that the quality is worth it, and that I love the clothes, because so often I will go cheap and buy stuff based on price and wear it once and hate it or it gets ruined in the first wash. The other nice thing is that when people sign up using your referral link you get $25, so I already have $50 to put towards my first Stitch box, from 2 friends joining, so that is a bonus!

I checked the cheapest box as well. Some things are more than I would like to spend, and some are surprisingly reasonable. I have a jacket that I wear all of the time that I adore... I was shocked that it was cheaper than some of the shirts in that fix. I'm home all of the time, so I don't need a lot of dressier clothes. I end up sending most of my fix back some of the time. I also think I'll keep fewer things the more fixes I get, because I had NOTHING good in my wardrobe and now I'm getting a good, solid set of basics.

If I liked to shop at all, I probably wouldn't do Stitch Fix. I'm a huge bargain shopper usually and still am for everyday basics. It sounds like a complete cop out, but having a teen daughter has killed shopping for me. She is definitely a shopper and we spend hours whenever we go looking for just the right thing. I have no energy left to be in the stores any longer once she's done!

this exactly. my teen daughter exhausts me to death. we can spend 6 hours shopping and come home with like 3 little things. ???!??!? i just can't ...

Ok Gals...I got my first Stitch Fix box, and it was a total blast to go thru it and try things on in my closet - it was great to see what I could wear it with that I already have...something you can't do in a dressing room. I think I am keeping 3 of the 5 items. My stylist totally nailed my style though, and she used a lot of the things I pinned on pinterest to shop for my - which is a total hit for me because it was like I did some shopping on my own and then it was sent to me.

Ack...sorry the pics are so big! So, the two tops I like, not sure I will keep both of them though because they were a bit pricey. The purse is a keeper I believe too. The dress was too long but I loved the print, and the jeans are great, they fit nice and were comfy, but I just don't need another pair of dark skinny jeans.

These are fantastic! That orange top is totally to die for! Loved it with the skinny jeans.. Looks like you got a lot of great picks to choose from.. :)

You are adorable and the stuff looks great on you. Thanks for the update with pics. I have seen that orange top before in others boxes and I love it.

I agree - that orange top is wonderful! You look so cute! So much to choose and all that mixing and matching sounds like it will work great!

I had not thought of that.... I have to always remember to carry with me that pair of trousers or a dress or whatever it is I am trying to match colors, and not always is possible to carry stuff into a store or on a day out shopping.....
I ll have a look as I'm sure we should have something like this in the UK...the price could be an issue but I ll investigate see if we do have...thanks for posting this....I do love going shopping, but the past two years as I am not well, we have bought stuff on the catalogues stores...not the best idea we had...

So damn cute!! You and the clothes.

I have an American friend that does this and gets it shipped here to Australia, she had had three so far and loves it!

so fun! you got some fun goodies! and yes, that orange top is my very favorite - so cute!

Thanks gals - you are all so kind! I ended up keeping just the orange top, which I LOVE, and I can't wait for my second stitch fix box to come, as I know it will be even more tailored to me and my price point! It was so easy to package up the things I didn't want and send them back in the mail envelope that they sent - I can tell I am going to get used to this!!!

It is addicting! I just got notification that my most recent fix shipped today. I can't wait to see what I get this month.
