Do you still have your Christmas decorations up?

Mine went up on the 14th and all was put away on the 28th.

As tradition, every decor should be taken off on 6th january ("l'epifania tutte le feste porta via" : ephifany will take away all the holiday ^__^) however, I think I will keep my little tree 'till saturday :)
I think it's ok to have them up until a day of february...it's the last day that it considered -accettable- to have the tree, etc etc..I don't remember the name of the Saint..I will check ^__^

:( sadly, my tree is down...has been for almost a week. But my winter mantle is still up!!

Our decorations are still up too, but we don't do anything outside, so at least we don't have to worry about what the neighbors think. :giggle The season went by really quickly for me, so it doesn't feel like they're been up too long, but I'm planning to have everything packed up by this weekend. I love how much more spacious it seems in here after the giant 9-foot artificial tree that sits right next to my desk comes down. It's like a new house! :D

You mean that's not a MOC tree in my living room?????? Yep, still up. I was worn out on Saturday and we (literally) had a tornado here Sunday. Maybe this weekend.

YIKES! You've definitely got a good excuse.

I took our tree down the weekend after Christmas, but left the nutcrackers and mantle display out a little longer. I meant to take those down last weekend, but things got nuts so I'll do it this weekend instead.

The one thing that makes me so, so sad to take down every year is our Christmas lights. We do all white lights wrapped around tree branches, and just bought icicle lights to hang up with them next year (after Christmas sales FTW!). I ADORE sitting on the couch by our fireplace and looking at them through our living room window! I finally unplugged them this morning just so the neighbors don't think I'm a total nutcase, and I'll actually take them down when it warms up a little bit more outside.

this year for the first time in 10 years, we didn't have anything :(

we came back on the 18th of December from Brazil and were so tired and cold....
:sickie
so we just made Christmas dinner and had a very cozy time...

Next year will be doing the whole thing, and we normally only take the tree down before Sarita's birthday (end of February!!):giggle
:tree

YAY. I'm so happy that I'm not the only one! I still have my (real) tree up but the ornaments are dropping like flies :giggle

Everything else is stacked and ready for storage. It will sadly have to happen this weekend!

I've been slowly taking down ornaments (very slowly) and we'll be finishing up that on the weekend. I'll miss having a pretty tree to look at from my home office. I always find the tree with its tiny fairy lights and all the accumulated ornaments (we buy a new one each year, and we've been together for 25 years) so restful to look at!

We leave our up until Epiphany. But now it's the 8th and they are only half put away. This weekend for sure!

Outside decorations will come down this weekend- large Christmas tree too....Everything else will stay up till sometime in feb & then all the spring/Easter decorations will come out.

My outside lights are still up because it's freakin' cold out there! But everything inside the house is packed away.

We're alway delinquent in taking our down! It's so much work to put them up, I guess we just want to enjoy them a little longer, besides, it is always so busy, we have to wait for a weekend without much going on!

Mine were all taken down the sunday after christmas...but my daughter's tree is still up in her apt....due to her work schedule she hasn't been home to really devote taking it down. If it's still up for our play date Tuesday, I will help her take it down.

I started taking things down the day after Christmas. I did leave up "winter" themed things though.
