Dinner Tonight?!?

It's only 2:30 in the afternoon here but i'm planning to make pasta with grilled vegetables and pesto sauce, garlic bread and grilled asparagus.

We're there!!! It's just me and my hubby so we won't eat too much. :flirty

And....the 'hubs' just called and we're going for Chinese take-out tonight. I swear, I'm cooking dinner tomorrow night. Even if it is just meatloaf & smashed potatoes. (Smashed is what my darling grandson calls them since he's just 4 years old.)
 
I bought Pizza LOL we just moved into our new house and yes my dishes are still packed and im sitting here scrapping LOL Priorites baby LOL
 
lol Carly!! Karen that is so English to call it the chip shop! We just say fish and chips here!

I also just picked up Jamie Olivers new book!
My husband and I are doing the Daniels Fast for 10 days before easter. The term "fast" is kinda deceiving, we are still eating a lot! LOL
But we arent eatting meats, sugars (natural sugars in fruits are okay) dairy or anything really processed.
So for dinner i made brown rice with fresh salsa in the rice cooker
and then we are putting black beans & avocados on top!
 
ok, i know i'm a wee bit late on this, but i thought i'd throw my 2 cents in... i was SERIOUSLY not in the mood for cooking tonight, so we brought home 2 pizzas and had raw veggies with it. super easy (more like cheating) for a warm spring day when i would rather be playing outside!
 
im late too but last night we had tater tot casserole and tonight is chicken cutlets, baked potatoes, fresh salad & asparagus
