I have the worst time making the rounded corners in PSCS5... they always look warped. Any tips?:helpy

Are you using the rounded corners shape tool? (under the rectangle tool) If so, the one key thing is not to resize after you create the shape by too much or it will make the corners go wonky a little.

This tutorial is how I first learned how to round corners, and now it is my go-to method. I often use layer masks, though, instead of the eraser tool in case I change my mind. :)

Like the others, I use the rounded rectangle tool sometimes, too.

how would you round corners in photoshop cs4?

super easy! just select your rounded rectangle tool (in your shape tools) and then play with the radius up at the top to get get your desired roundness....after you create your shape, clip your photo's or papers to it.

I select my shape so the "marching ants" are around it. The go to select >modify >smooth..then just play with radius...usually around 50 but it depends on the size. Once I have it how I like I go select > inverse > delete.
