That sounds awesome!! :D I love swimming and I used to play water polo in high school, so I would say that is probably the closest I have gotten to doing deep water aerobics! But, I think it sounds super fun!! I might just check to see if we have that around here somewhere!! :D I'm glad that it's less painful for you! That's so important to being able to keep coming back!!

I had to jump back in to echo the comments on how little stress it causes to your joints etc. I broke my ankle 2 years ago badly and stupidly walked (drove, flew) on it for 2 weeks before seeing an ortho. It was so bad by then that my bones were literally pointing in different directions and I was in surgery the next morning. My ankle is still bad- I've likely permanently damaged it- but water exercises are a dream!
