Oh goodness, this month is special because we have so much going on in the store. Tons of holiday goodies and much more.

Do you have a picture or are you searching for a kit or items to use? Let me know and I will scurry around the store and find you something perfect! :heartslub
 
Nothing seems to look right with my holiday light shots. Something about the bright glow and the black background. Ideas?
 
Adoption hearing for my granddaughter tomorrow . . . bittersweet, but it will be joyful and I'm excited for her. Any recommendations?

Are you using the camera in full automatic? Tell me what setting you are using... show us a picture too.

OMG. that went way too fast. Let me see what I can find.
 
The pics are decent. I'm just stumped by the dark background of the photos. I feel like my LO's look too stark or something.
 
I think one of the best things you can do w/ dark photos like this is give them a frame. It sets up the eye for a picture so it won't be thrown off by all the black. It can be a frame frame or something like a paper border - anything that surrounds the pic and sets is apart or gives the photo a border. Cool pic BTW!! :)

Oh thanks Karen! They are both great, but the second is exactly what I'm looking for. I like the idea of breaking up that black border. Looks great!

This was the first kit that came to my mind.

It's not a paper... it's one of my pictures from that same night. I would happily email it to anyone who wants it. :) Just PM me your email address and I'll send it along. :)
 
hey, I really hope there is someone tpo help sooner rather than later as I need to finish the page soon...
Is there a kit in the store that has shoes/handbags kind of thing? I need the stuff for this photo- apologies is so big, not sure why PB is not letting me resixe properly
