Dear Lizzie Stamp

I ordered the Dear Lizzy roller stamp, along with other Dear Lizzy clear stamps and papers and what not, from AllScrapbookSteals.com. UNFORTUNATELY, I never received it. UPS said they left it at our front door on 2/13, but I don't have it. So either UPS delivered it to the wrong address and said they delivered it to me, or I have thieves in my neighborhood. Either way, I'm out $33 and I don't have the Dear Lizzy stamps. This STINKS big time! Anyone know what I can do about this? Can I make a claim somehow???
 
Bummer! That sucks, Christine. I ordered mine from Amazon and got it a few days ago. I'm not exactly sure what you can do.

Maybe "allscrapbooksteals.com" stole it back :giggle (sorry I had to)...

OMgosh, that's funny! Thanks for the levity Brandi, I needed that, LOL.

I got some advice from Facebook friends... some have had this situation happen to them. They suggested telling my cc company that I never received the products and disputing the charge. Then it's the vendor's responsibility to get the proof of delivery from UPS. If UPS cannot provide it, then they will have to reimburse the vendor. So this is the avenue I'll probably pursue.
 
Wow Christine, that just sucks!! I'm sorry you didn't get your goodies, and now you have to go through this ordeal to get the money back. :(
 
Wanted to let you know that AllScrapbookSteals was very generous and told me they would re-send the items to me, once they come back into stock (some got sold out). I told them that they were more than generous and that I would let them know if the original items ever show up at my house so that they don't send me another box. But since it's been almost two weeks since UPS supposedly delivered this package to my front door, I really don't think it'll show back up.
 
Wow, Christine! That stinks! I just got my package from them yesterday, thankfully all in one piece. A few items I had ordered were on backorder though, which was a bummer.
 
Oh no sweetie!!! I am so sorry! I ordered from that site as well and recieved them last week. She is super nice and I am happy to hear how she is handling the situation!
