I know that there are a lot of people who have difficulty scrapping with darker feelings/downside kits. I can totally understand that. And some people might feel that they aren't "into" the April M3 because of that. BUT...
One of the things that I love about the M3 is that you don't *have to* focus on the dark/negative side and/or pull out your Debbie Downer side.
Darkness has a flip side. If there are negative words, you can make little changes (like adding "not" etc.) to them. There are lighter elements and ideas lurking inside the kit/add-ons as well. You can also change colors or focus the darker colors not on darker emotions, but on parts of life that aren't always bright/sunny. It doesn't have to be seen as a negative. You can shift the focus of the page to be not letting yourself get down/depressed/angry.
And I saw this by zinzilah that illustrates perfectly that the kit doesn't have to be seen only as dark/negative. She did a two page spread that showed the "silver linings" of a situation. Instead of just focusing on the negative, she flipped it and did a positive on the other side. Genius!

What are some other ways that you can use the darker-side-of-life kits? I'd love to see what you come up with.
