Cooking Mishaps | Pad Patter 9.28

My cooking mishaps tend to be injuries rather than ingredient mistakes. I make mashed potatoes every week. For many years, I have. With that much experience, you'd think I could peel potatoes without ever slicing a finger, but I did it again last week! :cornfused

You should just stop peeling potatoes! I never peel mine.

Today, I was slicing cucumbers for a Caprese salad when my mandolin slicer decided to bite my thumb. That’s what I get for wanting to add just one more cucumber.
