Cookie Dough Action in PS CS2

I am having trouble running the awesome Cookie Dough Action from Gina in CS2. I get about halfway done and it stops, telling me "Could not complete the command because the selected area is empty." I can't quite figure out how to fix this to complete the action. TIA is anyone can help?

I'm sorry you are having trouble running the action Jenna. I don't know why it works for most and then I get the odd person here or there telling me it won't finish. I'm going to have to ask someone to look into it for me. Thanks for your patience!

Yeah...really strange, the Cookie Dough one and the Denim and Dirt one were working fine for me...then a couple of days ago it started giving me that error! I'll try and redownload too!

I think they didn't want to work when the picture was scaled own / cropped. I don't really know exactly why, but I did re-do them all just to be safe!
