Converted! Inspired! Pocket Style Pages Here I Come

Thanks so much that means a lot! I always used look at the PL pages in the gallery and think WOW I wish I could do that....

Now I've seen that I can do it, and so it my own way

I've realised that it's the same as regular scrapping, individual preference xx

Oh wow Vicky that looks beautiful...and you have already three weeks finished!!!

I know right!

I'm itching to start this weeks LOL I have everything in my notebook to start

Wonder how long the organisation will last LOL

Jump in ! I'm having a blast! I've emailed myself a photo from my phone from yesterday and saved my email in my phone contacts for easy transferring!

I'm sure there are loads more tips for staying on top of it and making it easier xx

I don't know how data/internet works in London, but I have dropbox set up on my computer and phone (actually my husband's phone too). It is set up to automatically transfer all photos on my phone (which includes screenshots) to my computer. I use my data plan or wireless, but I know it can be set up as wireless only. That way I don't have to do anything to be able to have the photos on my computer. I find the less work I have to do, the less chance I have to fail. This strategy worked really well for 2013.

I love your style and your pages! They're so bright and fun!

I am an iPhone photographer (basically I take pictures of just about everything on my phone) and I dump it onto my laptop (sometimes multiple times a week). I keep them on my phone until he beginning of the next month, then I transfer all the photos to my EHD and delete them off my phone or I'd never have room. :giggle

However, I am glad that you're enjoying yourself, after all, that's what it's all about!

I'll look into Dropbox! Great idea xx thanks for all the tips and compliments xx

I'm in the same boat here Vicky, I'm seriously considering it. I think out of all the MOC pages I've done, the weekly one is one of !y favorites.

I'm a bit worried tho. I'm one to start projects and not finish. Maybe finishing MOC will encourage me to give this a try.

I've tried project 365 previously, taking pictures everyday and never made it far and rarely used the photos to scrap with!

I think this is easier as it's just a few from the week or even just one, you can totally personalise it how you wish!

If I'm stuck for events or enough photos I'll use many ideas for page fillers like.....

document current favs like the one I did with Ty listening to his MP3 player, I've seen people adding their meal plans for the week too which is a great idea! I can add the book I'm reading that week, any movies watched that week, how my health has been, Ty's homework or school reading book, his weekly spelling test results. Hubby's fav football team results, the list is endless really xx

I want to get back to scrapping after a long hiatus, MOC has got be back to scrapping PL will help me continue the balance I want, scrapping at least once a week! Hopefully more most weeks!

If your worried about weekly layouts what about monthly?

i'm also one to start a project and never finish! but i'm trying again this year! i think for me the keys will be:
1) keep it simple
2) keep up

if i get too far behind, i'll probably end up falling off the wagon. so far so good. even though i'm not 100% caught up, i feel like i'm within reach. i think the most important thing is to just try and see how far you get! what do we have to lose, right?

That's funny because of the MOC PL challenge I have decided to go back & finish last years. (I have only done week 1 of this year so far) I was on week 20 & as off an hour ago I am week 26! Tomorrow I will go and get them printed. I do it digi, print it out as photos and then sometimes add some other elements to it like stitching or thickers.
I love your PL style too!
