A friend and I have planned to go to see Keith Urban tonight for several months ... it's a girl's night out. We've done this a few times before - staying at hotel right next to the venue, so can enjoy a few cocktails and walk over to the concert.

So today, on a whim, decided to see if the concert was sold out - and some tickets popped up - front row ... of course, a little above face value - but only $30 more each ... so I bought them. Kathy and I have always said we would splurge and buy front row tix one day - and I think today is the day!

Okay - time to go get ready to take off ---- !! I hope to get lots of good photos - too bad I can't take my "big girl camera"!!

I read that and thought you got them for $30, and I was really jealous! But have fun anyway!
 
Have fun!!! Sounds like a great night out with a friend! Enjoy your front row! It's super spectacular to see a concert that way! (I saw Dave Matthews Front Row Center at Giants Stadium - best concert of my lifetime!)
 
That is SO awesome! How lucky for you girls! I hope it was a blast! I'd love to see him love... and wow, front row! Yumm-o! :) Pictures please! :)
 
We had a great time last night - didn't realize there was a pit area in front of us though - oh well - we were smack dab in the middle of the stage - and had seats to sit down in between acts!
I usually take a camera and take 100's of photos but decided to just enjoy the concert this time so just had my phone to use ... they didn't turn out great ... but it was fun! He's playing in Chicago tonight, Kathy and I debated about going to see him, then remembered that the Cubs are also playing in the city - I can imagine what a mess that town will be!!
