Hi everyone! Welcome to Day 30 of our Month of Challenges!

Today's challenge is called Page(s) within a Page and is a lesson in layering and incorporating interesting and visually interactive ways to include "more" in your page design! More photos, more journaling, more elements, more of whatever makes your scrappy heart beat faster!

I'm personally drawn to the look and feel of multiple layers in the paper scrapping world as well as pull out tabs and hidden photo or journaling spots. It's like a secret surprise that I'm thrilled to discover every time and a great way to include even more to share with your viewer!

For this challenge, I want you to draw inspiration from these concepts and create an extra "page" within your page. Note: As this is a digital page, your "page" will not actually flip or pull out but will have the illusion of being interactive and would make sense as a stand alone project if it were removed from the original page.

The special requirements for this challenge are:

1. Create at least 1 "page" within your page. Your page must have multiple layers consisting of a combination of papers, journal cards, embellishments and/or photos. It does not need to include ALL these items. It simply must be more than a single journal card or photo, etc.

2. Incorporate your mini page into your layout by tucking it between paper layers, within pockets or some other creative manner that shows it could be removed if the page were physically in front of you.

3. Include at least 1 other illusion of interactivity such as tabs, pull out journaling, shaker pockets, filled pocket sleeves, photo waterfalls or similar.

Here's my example: I included a pull out file folder with hidden journaling, an extra photo sleeve and tag as my interactivity requirement and a mini plastic pocket page tucked into my paper layers as my page within a page.

In addition to the specific instructions above, your page must be a new page in order to count for the Month of Challenges. Your page must be posted in three places:
  1. Uploaded to the TLP Gallery (not an outside hosting site).
  2. Posted in your page thread you created in the MOC Layouts Folder. You should have one post per completed challenge page. If you complete all 31 challenges, your thread should contain 31 posts. Please do not comment in the participants’ page threads so we can keep them clean.
  3. Posted in this thread. People can comment here if they wish.

Your page must contain Lilypad product (pages with photos and font only do not count). Product from other stores will not be allowed for MOC; your pages must contain 100% Lilypad product (current or retired product from designers or guest designers presently selling at The Lilypad).

Reserved for Questions:

1. Just want to clarify . . . using a template for part of the layout is fine, right? Yes, templates are fine as long as they meet the 100% TLP product requirement!

2. Not a question but worth posting! @michelepixels shared this: If anyone is needing help getting started, what helped me was a search in my TLP digistash for "pocket." From those results I found several possible pocket elements to consider, and then I just had to make up my mind what to scrap and what kit to use. Thank you Michele!

Thank you for the challenge. At first I winced as I read it and had to spend a lot of time searching in my supplies but ultimately I enjoyed the challenge (okay, mostly) and liked the opportunity to do something normally outside my wheelhouse.
