****CLOSED****JANUARY 18: WHAT'S IN A WORD

I hope it's okay I went with a concept or short phrase instead of one word. Release just wasn't fitting or any other one word that I could think of that had the same meaning as let go. But if I need to change it, please just let me know. Thank you for the challenge!

I was hoping this would be one of the challenges! I've had two words running through my mind for this year: Jubilee and Launch. I chose Jubilee for this challenge as this is my year of Jubilee (I turn 50!!! ... also last year was our 25th anniversary) and it sparks a sense of joy and anticipation for the year ahead :)

My word is MAKE. more time for making and creating in 2026. I could have chosen creativity, but I want to make stuff without worrying about it being beautiful and wonderful. Just make, make , make. As Picasso said: "Inspiration exists, but it has to find you working."

My word for this year is BIBLIOPHILE – which if you look through my pages for MOC, I think is a pretty obvious word choice. This is definitely the year of the book! I am all booked to fly across the country to go a large book signing in the fall and I plan to finally complete my Book Lover Album which chronicles my 50 years as a Bibliophile, over 100 authors I have met, 2000+ books and many signed one! It is definitely the year of the BOOK!

I've chosen ENOUGH for the word of 2026. It started with that I wanted to have a word for not belittleling myself & and being for forgiving of myself. Then someone suggested enough - and I realized it was a word with many meanings that really spoke to me.
