I love parties, I am one of those exta EXtroverts that gets all happy about being in a room full of strangers. :thankyou I try and meet as many people as I can!:giggle

Here is a kind of ice breaker to learn about our fellow scrappers here at the Lily Pad...
It's all relative!

I start with three facts about me:

I live in the desert.
I have 7 kids.
I like coffee (lots).

The next posters says....

ME too, I love coffee and
then puts three facts about them different

and so on and so on!

I live in Alabama-- pretty much the opposite of the desert-- very very humid here! And we get lots of Tornado-filled days-- fun!

I dislike any hot drinks-- but I do like Iced Mocha drinks! And Coke Zero or Pepsi Max-- those are my jam!

I am terrified of snakes. Like I will climb up on top of someone if a snake is near me. Just ask my hubby-- we were taking a walk one morning and he pointed out a strange looking stick on the sidewalk and asked if it was a snake. Next thing I knew, I was climbing onto his shoulder. He had NO idea I was that scared of snakes! (this was when we were first married)

I have a degree in Interior Design-- but don't ask to see my house as it is NOT done! I'm very indecisive when deciding on things for my place, but I could pick out stuff for anyone else in a snap.
 
Me too... snakes are scary and I would pry climb on someone too!

I love the color blue.
I would love to live in NYC, but DH wouldn't survive!
I have 2 college degrees - Psychology and Business. I was hoping to head back to get my Masters in Business Psychology. Didn't work out that way - Kids. I wouldn't have it any other way though!
 
I LOVE NYC too but not sure my family would agree. lol
I grew up in Africa and want to visit all the countries someday.
My family is about to make a cross country move at the end of March. We have lived in NM for 10 years so it will be a hug change for all of us.

I have moved so much so many cities in my life, loved it...until I came to England and met my ex (Sarita's dad)
I live here now for over 20 years!!!!

we LOVE musical theatre in this house, I was a performer for 30 years and my daughter just graduated in Performing Arts-

we love sushi!!!
 
I'm a theatre person too. But i worked on the tech side of things.

I love goofy sitcoms.

My Christmas tree is still up.

I have a pet snake.
 
We didn't have a Christmas tree this year :(

But my favorite city in the USA is Seattle, WA because of the people and the atmosphere there and it's just gawjus! We don't have kids but a crazy dog who is spoiled rotten.
And I love to cook; it relaxes me :)
 
Me too, I enjoy cooking just not the cleaning up part.

My favourite drink is lemonade
I used to play baseball, first base and catcher.
I only have one child
 
I used to be a catcher too - I miss it!

I live in the tropical jungle mountains of Thailand
I have three kids
I drink way more coffee than I should just to survive

I stay up way later than I should (often after 2 am)

I homeschool

I have a serious addiction to planners and journals.
 
I am a night owl, 2 am is pretty typical for me too.

I love traveling but I really hate flying, even though I do it often.
I have a German Shepherd dog and I think they're the best dogs ever.
My oldest is just a year away from leaving the nest and I could cry every day just thinking about how much I will miss her.
 
Me too Sarah! I ALWAYS stay up way later than I should!

I LOVE to read (sleep is for the weak)
I am at the beach at the moment and have sand in my hair haha
I like to listen to classical music when I drive to work.
 
I'm a night owl and stay up too late too.
I have two grown sons.
I have a Border Collie/Blue heeler mix and a new 1 yr kitty I adopted today
I love to knit although digital scrapbooking has taken over lately
 
I love knitting too but never find time because im too busy scrapping.

I cry during commercials and movies.
I love snowmobiling but there's not enough snow here so haven't done it in years.
I go to Zumba every week and love it.

Like (or so it seems ) most people here I love coffee and drink gallons of the stuff
I have 2 dogs ( both strays that " just came"
I detest calamari ( or any "blobby" seafood like mussels and oysters )

I live a few thousand miles away from where I grew up.
I can watch kids play soccer/football from my balcony.
My favorite color is yellow.

My daughter played soccer this year for the local team for the first time. We travelled all over to watch kids play soccer!

I'm in a pink phase. I bought i wireless mouse today and a Dymo tag maker machine and theyre both pink (DD may have helped in the decision process for both - and she bought a new pink backpack for school this year.

just 2 weeks to go of christmas holidays for them!
 
I would LOVE to have pink all around me but alas... Mine is a boys house with lots of cars, dinosaurs and construction vehicles. The only thing pink is Peppa Pig and thank lord for her!! :)

I love to travel... Experience new places ... Which will explain why I am living in the 6th city I have called home :) we move around ... A LOT!
 
Oh ... Another thing... I am a boring early to bed early to rise person .... Unless I am scrapping or on TLP... Like right now :) it's 2:50 am here :)
