Thought I'd add a little spot of fun to the Party Hullaballoo with a Tell a Story thread.

I always enjoy a light-hearted, silly and word-centric posting kind of game!

To play along, simply post a phrase or sentence to continue the story. We'll see where it leads us.

You may post as many times as you'd like until thread closing time which is: tonight 3am EDT, 12 midnight PDT.

After thread closing, I will choose a random winner from the thread. The winner will receive a $5 gift certificate to spend in Sara's store.

pizza began raining from the sky, with streaks of lettuce crashing down like lightning as well. I ...
 
But you can imagine how hard that was because i was getting pelted with the wilted lettuce shreds and olives and pepperoni blowing off the pizza so I............
