Christmas Cards---Is Yours Done?

Here's what we ended up with. I tried and tried to come up with a cute one, and in the end I just gave up and went with a free template. Not sure about the processing on the image, but oh well, too late now!

We're trying to figure out what to do - running out of ideas, but I think we might have an idea. We'll see how it goes tomorrow!

These are all so gorgeous! I am the worst about getting cards out as well. Last year was the first time I sent cards out in the last 5 years. But if I use a picture of the kids and not the whole family, that would be a lot easier to pull off. Okay, I am going to make a commitment to put something together this year!

I still have no idea what i'm doing yet... i took some pics last weekend, that are still living on my camera...

i think i'm dreading the ADDRESSING part of the whole process..... how lazy is THAT?! :P

So cute - all you gals that got yours done already!!! I went the cheap route and used a shutterfly card, because I hosted a Shutterfly House Party and received a bunch free! Can't beat free and easy/quick!!! I currently cannot post a pic in this thread for some reason, but my card preview is on my blog.

I'm not sending any out this year :( We're going to be mid-move and it's just extra time that I don't have, and extra stress that I don't need. I think that instead I'll be sending out "we've moved" cards with our new address in January/February.

I love all of the cards so far! What great inspiration.

This is our card:

It was very difficult to get the youngest to pretend she was sleeping - she kept laughing!

everyones looks great!
i go back and fourth every year.
lol
i love getting them, but i hate sending them out. HA!

Ohhh I am loving everyone's cards!! These are fantastic!! ♥

I'm hand-making 40 trifold cards and it has taken me WAY longer than I had anticipated! OMgosh by the time I'm done I think I probably spent 20 hours making 40 cards! Here's what they look like.

Wow Christine! I'm impressed! Your cards are adorable. It reminds me of the year I did handmade cards. They turned out super cute, but it took me FOREVER to get them done. That was the first and last time I've attempted handmade christmas cards.

I'm still in the boat of... I'm-The-Lame-Designer-That-Designs-Christmas-Cards-For-Others-But-Haven't-Made-My-Own-Yet.

I made this card template for the December Issue of Home is Where the Art Is, and I may end up using this and turning it into a folded card design with a newsletter on the inside. I like it because I can include a picture from each month of the year in the tree.
