Checkout not working (again)

I missed out on using my January challenge coupon (never got a reply yesterday from you guys about it) and again today I tried to purchase a few BYOC items but the same thing keeps happening. I get that turning circle thing and it just keeps going and going...nothing happens. I also missed out on an earlier coupon last wk b/c this was happening. What the heck is going on with the store? I am so frustrated that I can't use the coupons I get. I tried twice today to get the checkout to work and it just wont. I cleared out my history/cache twice but don't know what else to do. Three times now I went and shopped elsewhere and got some cute digi stuff so I'm still feeding my digi shopping addiction but....jeez...I was hoping to spend the money here.
