Help! I fear I may never be able to chat again!

When I click to enter the chat room, the only thing that shows is 'Java Chat Software' with a link for me to get chat software and install it on my own personal site if I want, and an add-on to run. However, when I run the add-on, it says "publisher unknown" and won't go any further. I don't know how to get this to work!! Any suggestions?

that's weird - works fine for me.
maybe clear your cache, cookies, etc and restart your browser?

can you try a different browser? like firefox or chrome? (if you are using ie ....)

I'm still not able to get it to work.
I'll see if my techy hubby can take a look at it while he's home this weekend. I was bummed to miss the speedscrap though.
