We just bought a brand new car in October. So far, it has been to the dealership twice-going-on-three times. Ugh. It is a problem with the automatic rear gate hatch thing. First, I think my hubby broke it because he's impatient and shut it instead of letting it shut itself. So they replaced the pistons last month. But then it broke last week, for no apparent reason. They replaced the "motor" of the unit yesterday afternoon. We went to pick up our ham this morning, went to put it in the back, opened the liftgate, and I heard a *pop* and it won't close or open now. Grrrrrrrrrrr.
Ironically, that is supposed to be a great feature that is an upsell.
We didn't want it, but it came with the moonroof package, so we ended up with it. It is nice when it works, but seriously... they need to figure the dang thing out.
