Allow me to introduce the latest addition to the Pixel Giraffe Design store: Before the First Frost.
I love personally love autumn, it is my favorite season. There’s something magical about this time of year, don't you think? Like I wrote before: I love that quiet in-between. The air feels crisp, the woods are serene, and everything seems to whisper 'slow down'.
So this collection wasn't hard to create, it basically designed itself. The collection evokes cozy woodland walks, steaming mugs of tea, and the hush of nature preparing for winter. Inside, you’ll discover a rich array of woodland animals like foxes, deer, and owls, vellum bits, paint, stamps, paper bits, hand-drawn illustrations and mixed media items.
For me, this collection is about more than just autumn -it’s about embracing the in-between, the endings that quietly make room for new beginnings. My youngest started his final year of elementary school while my oldest is slowly taking her first steps towards adulthood. She even has a boyfriend now! As for me, I’m entering a new phase too (hello perimenopause). It’s going to be interesting with all these hormones in one house!
Even better: Since it is part of the BYOC, its color palette matches the other releases perfectly. I love this earthy palette of olive, sage green, slate blues, and warm browns.
