Blooming dog

How come when I get to have a lie in cause si has the kids downstairs with him that the dog comes up and gets comfortable on my bed so that I can't lie back down grr suppose I best get up

We don't have any pets right now but we used to have a 20lb cat that would do this! He would lay on the pillow & purr really loudly....it drove me crazy!
