Benson came on Saturday! We are fostering to adopt, but, we love him already! Seeing how he adjusts to us, and waiting on his health reports to finialize everything! My boys are over the moon happy, DH and I are adjusting, and Benson seems to be doing ok too! He is a lazy sort, good sleeper, super quiet (we only heard him bark after 24 hours with us, and it was two friendly woofs), sweet and friendly. We have to get him to run - he walks like molasses, or just sits and watches everything around him. It's so odd to me, lol !

Oh my gosh, Jenn. He's adorable!! I love his name and those ears!! Congrats on finding your new furry family member. :heartlub
 
I agree with Carrie ... be careful what you wish for! :giggle He's downright adorable and your boys look SO HAPPY! :heartslub

We aren't sure. He's from Mississippi.... so right now, Mississippi Mutt. :giggle I think there is part hound in him, but I'm totally not sure if there is some Plott Hound or Vizsla.. and he kinda looks like a Blackmouth or Mountain Cur.

Don't get me wrong.... I'm a lazy sort too... but to not have seen him really run, or woof much was odd. :giggle Serious, he is slower than molasses. He's too slow not to be funny! At this point, I can't wait to see what happens when he swims! Bwahahha!

I love his eyes, his floppy ears. He's a keeper. I so miss having a doggie around, but DH isn't ready to get another.

Me too! I grew up watching. :) That's the name he came with, and we decided to leave it as is. Didn't want to confuse him more than he is!
