It is the 30th Anniversary of Disney's Beauty and the Beast. Last night there was a special on TV. Did you record/watch? If you missed it, you can see it on Disney +.

i did record it. It has been a favorite of mine for years and my oldest is 33, so she would have seen it when she was younger. I am also a fan of Josh Groban, so I can't wait to watch!

I’ll have to check it out on Disney+. We watched an outdoor play of Beauty and the Beast a couple years ago; it was fun!

I haven't seen that movie in forever! Nobody else in my house (all boys) really cares too much about Disney, so I'd have to watch by myself. I kinda forgot the we have Disney+ but this is making me want to go watch some of my old favorite movies on there over Christmas break.

I watched it. It was weird. I didn't like it actually.

I love the animated movie, and I loved the live action one with Emma Watson.

I also loved the original NYC Broadway version years ago. A looooonnnnnngggg time ago, lol! That was pretty amazing!

Ok... I was afraid to say something in case everyone loved it... but Clara is a HUGE Beauty and the Beast fan and even she wasn't impressed. We were actually confused most of the time lol!

Bring a fan…. I was excited. The first 15 minutes I was really confused. How they did it with a mix of animation, live action and drawn sets was very strange. And the beast costume was so odd it was a letdown, lol! I tried… and I watched. Seeing it in the other versions just showed me that I liked those better.

Yes! Clara kept saying... you're supposed to be able to see that he has a cuddly side to him lol! There was no cuddly side to that beast costume!
