I know it's Labor Day weekend but hopefully if you aren't traveling you can join us.
Jo and I have both moved this summer and now that we are settling in we are so excited to continue the book club. The Sunday night chat time didn't seem to work very well so we've decide we're going to give the last Friday of the month a try. This serves two purposes, it gives everyone almost the entire month to read the book and we had better attendance when the book club chats were on Friday. I really loved it when we had a big group all chatting about a book we'd all read.
For August since we haven't selected a book, we're just going to make it a casual chat, we can talk about selections for previous months, other books that we've read recently and books that we are interested in reading or anything else that catches our fancy.
I'm excited to get started again. Hope to see y'all on the 30th.
