And arrogant drivers!!!!

We was driving round a mini island today slowly but as we went round the bend the car started to skid in the snow then this stupid boy approaching the island hits us side on the side gabbi was seated and gets out and says there's no damage to either cars hmm yeah there is to ours not loads but enough,no sorry am the kids ok or anything then he says I'll pay for the damage I'm not going through insurance,si said haven't you got any he said yes then starts getting shifty saying it was our fault cause we skidded, hello you hit us he even said that he slammed his brakes on,every driver knows you dont hit ya brakes in the snow, anyway I don't know if I trust him so I've rung my insurance and logged it just incase,it wouldn't of bothered me cause I know in the snow it can't be helped but as he didn't even ask if gabbi was ok and then his attitude annoyed me to ring my insurance

ugh sorry to hear that karen. I hope gabbi wasn't hurt or upset at all, and you too of course. hugs and I hope it gets sorted easily.

So sorry you all had to go through that! Hope you all are ok! Did you report it?

Wow, there's no excuse for being rude! I was in an accident too this week, and even though there was no child in the car and we were going very slow so it wasn't likely that anyone could have gotten hurt, the other driver immediately came over to ask me if I was OK. So, snow or no snow, this is inexcusable. You did good asking for his insurance info and all.

I think you were wise to call the insurance company and glad that everyone was okay.

i think i may be using my insurance because he thinks im gonna let his dodgy mate do it i dont think so,si took it to a garage today and said its more than it looks and said how much he is looking at,and i cant see him agreeing to it and i have a funny feeling he has no insurance as he was adimant he wasnt going through them
