Are you a Gym Junkie?

I used to be quite a good waterpolo player and loved training at the gym but after having my baby and then not returning to work I kinda let things slip a bit.... actually alot arghhhhh! :whistle

Anyways I have been back at the gym a few months now and have decided to embark on a 10 week challenge with a new PT and lets just say I don't remember squats being this hard! After an hour sesh of quick sets and crosstraining she ended my session doing squats I think my butt muscles have risen about 10 cm's and I have hamstrings that are so sore right now I could cry but believe it or not I'm still smiling okay maybe its a grimace! haha

What are your fave machines in the gym? I would say mine is the crosstrainer and I will not let the stairmaster beat me! How's about you?
 
I don't use any machines (I do crossfit and endurance training), but yes...I'm totally a gym (box) junkie (well, for the last 15 months anyway)

I much prefer strength training though to any endurance work. I'm NOT a good runner, and it totally wipes me out if running is involved in any way. I know this is what I need to work on though so I'm going to keep at it.
