Anyone noticed-disappearing items?

I have recently noticed in my shopping cart in the store that I'll add say 8 items and I'll shop around a bit more... then when I check out and go to download, I notice one item is missing. I think oh well I must be going crazy and never actually added it (shows I didn't purchase) but this is happening more and more often to me. I'm pretty sure I'm not THAT crazy. Happened yesterday and I didn't get back in to purchase the item that was missing. I'm certain this time I added it to my cart so I don't know if it's a timeout issue or ???

Any ideas? I'm a slow shopper. lol
 
Sorry this is happening to you Kat. Sounds strange & annoying! Are you logged in while your browsing the store? (if you aren't and walk away for an hour or something, I would assume the cart resets to zero items but I think if you're logged in, it should remember)

I found I cannot use the back arrow, or swipe the screen back. If I do, I lose whatever item I just added.
 
Last week, I had an issue where I was trying to add two items to my cart. As soon as I would add the second item, it would remove the first. The cycle continued for a while until I finally gave up trying to add both in one order.

Ok that might be whats happening to me because I have noticed the same thing @Kat. I do tend to swipe back a lot so you are probably right @ArmyGrl :)
 
I don't usually use the back button. I usually open one store tab and open the products I want to view closer in a new tab. So sometimes I will have many tabs open and go look and choose and add. I've never had an issue until the last couple of months though. I always look to make sure the number of items is right in my cart.

It is funny b/c I will view my cart so often, see everything (not that I couldn't overlook one missing item out of several) and then I go make the purchase and see one didn't make it.

I am logged in sometimes and sometimes not. This week, I didn't notice and so by the time I was finishing my downloads, the item in question had gone off sale (was on Wednesday) so if I wanted to complete my kit, I had to pay the full price. It's not as much about the cost as it is that it's just very irritating to pay double when you wouldn't have had to if the item had stayed in the cart. And this time I was sure I put the item in the cart. It was the first one I added, then clicked on the link to add the papers and the extras (so no back button). Very odd glitch.
 
I shop like you Kat, but haven't had that problem. Tabs for the win!! I do know on the last tab, before I go to the checkout, I will hit refresh on the browser. That catches it up for me, but I have no idea if it would solve your problem.
 
Hummm, never had this problem. I just purchased 16 items (yeah, went a little crazy with the $1.00 sale and the new stuff that just came out) and when I checked out, all 16 were there.
 
That's so strange! I can't say that I've ever seen this happen to me, but I'm sorry it's happening to you. What browser do you use Kat? @Kat I use Chrome for all my shopping here.
