I promise I am not just out looking to make a buck, but I feel so bad for my sister I told her I would see if anyone needed one. A month ago she went out and bought two DS Lites..one for Gabey and one for my nephew Scott. They were on sale at Radio Shack for 90 at that time so it was perfect! I opened ours right away to check it but apparently she didnt' open hers until today and realized it is pink. 
I am going to cut and paste from her FB status:
"Ours was supposed to be black...I decided to open it today and get it charged before Christmas and discovered it was pink. (My mistake for not opening it earlier). There are none left for an exchange at RS. The store manager just basically ...refused to help. It's been 33 days since purchase, so outside of 30 day return window. And the store manager decided it must be Nintendo's fault and told us to contact them. We tried that, but of course, Nintendo says it must the store's fault. If it were any other color but pink, we would just keep it. But Scott just isn't going to be happy with that. 6 days before Christmas, the budget is pretty much maxed-out, so it's just really upsetting that the main gift for Scott needs replaced."
So if there is anyone at all that would want one She could get it shipped out tomorrow and only wants what she paid..90...*sigh* sorry for the long post. It just could have so easily been ours that we were having issues with so I feel bad for her.
