any body else gotten their scrapbook pictures order?

...and had issues? I have never had any quality issues with SP, but this time I ordered almost 100 prints and I just finished going through them and 51 of them have edges cut off. I am so frustrated...I am getting ready to email them, I have just never had any issues before and was wondering if maybe it was a fluke or if other have had problems.

i think i've had one layout come out wrong w/ them - that's out of 100s. def email them.

I just emailed them, will let you know what I hear. I have never had problems with them either, that is what was bizarre to me!

i've NEVER had a problem with them and i've printed 500+ LOs with them. i'd email them - they have GREAT customer service based on the ??s i've had for them in the past...

I haven't ordered for this sale yet, but when they had their huge sale last year I had problems for the first time. I think they might bring in extra help when they are busy with these sales. They were awesome about emailing and phoning me. I had conversations with the main guy in the lab and we figured out that someone had run a bunch of my order through the wrong machine. Not all of it was ruined, but once we had the problem pinpointed he re-did my entire order for me and had it to me in record time.

I think with them expanding their services offered, maybe there's been some hiccups and growing pains, but their CS is outstanding.

Bummer Becky - hopefully they get your LO's all taken care of. I have never had a problem with LO's done my them. I ordered about 75 LO's from Scrapping Simply for their sale yesterday - always happy with them too!

I have been emailing with their customer service and they are going to reprint my order and send it to me. I am assuming it was just a weird fluke of nature...lol
