This is a question for all you single ladies!! :giggle ..... As Valentine's is coming up... what do you single ladies do on that day? Hang out with your girlfriends..? Stay at home? Go on dates ?

I have been single for years ( I mean YEARS!! 10 years).. I'm home or working most of the time ... I thought of doing something different this year!!:heartslub

Wish I could help ya Li Li. I'm single but I'm boooring. :yawn I'll just be staying home like any other day.

Here's what I think you should do though....Take yourself out on a date! Go treat yourself to something special that you've really been wanting to do. Take a friend, take ten friends, go solo, whatever. Just go do something fun. With the way you've been working your butt off, you totally deserve it!

Its not just single ladies Lili - my hubby hates valentine's day and everything it stands for, calls it a desperate marketing exercise designed to separate people from their cash lol ... so no celebrating here and I've been married to this guy for 23 years haha

Amanda - Tony may not show you on one single day of the year but I knows he does every single other day!

The best Valentines I ever ever had was the year a big group single uni friends got together and had an Anti Valentines day party... only one rule no make that two... you had to turn up solo and you had to wear black from the skin out and prove it! DAMN good night that was...

No plans here, I'm boring. Well, really Valentines Day is just brought upon us here in Norway as a marketing way, there is no tradition in celebrating it. So I'll be doing nothing different :)

I've never cared about it. I'm with Amanda's husband. Stupid "holiday".

here in Brazil we don't celebrate Valentine's day in february, but in june, and as a single girl myself, I just don't get out of my home or turn on the tv...cause all we can see are couples everywhere! lol!!

people here really celebrate love x couples, so, it's not something we can just get out with friends and have fun...but nowadays, there are some pubs that make parties just for the singles, but even then, I don't feel confortable to go out on a day like this, I feel like I'm a weirdo that no one wants to love, kwim? Here the pressure is very big on a valentine's celebration! LOL!!!

me tooooooooooo! My hubs says he is the luckiest man around! We don't do it! but we have been known to buy "marked downed" the next day! tee hee...
one year, (before kids) hubs and I sat on a bench at our local Walmart at 5pm, and watched frantic men come in to the store to buy something before they went home...if I was single I think I could make that a hilarious event with lady friends! heck, you could be on opposite sides of the globe, and take camera shots to see who finds the most frantic face?

i never really got into valentines day until i had kids ... i hate how overpriced things are and how you are forced to do something special. now that i have kids i think it's fun to celebrate with them and do crafts, eat pink and red things, etc - mainly b/c i love pink :) and giving gifts :)

Nothing different here, either. Been married for 21+ years to the ol' man and it really is a dumb holiday. I do buy little candies for the grandbabies but that's it!

valentine's day was always a traditional mommy and connor date day :] he's pretty much the best valentines date anyway :p

No plans here....and I am married!! LOL My birthday is two days after V-day so it's always lumped together!!

This year we are taking a mini vacation...with the boys to celebrate my birthday at an indoor water park.
