all my layouts in my gallery seem out of order

they used to be in my gallery in order i loaded them...now they are random with some being newer and some older...the dates are correct but they arent in date order... what happened? how are they ordered?

you might go to My photos and go to the bottom and see Display options?
make it beginning ascending view.
I have hit that on accident, and everything gets all wonky?
