AI photography apps

Anyone have one that isn't a subscription? All the ones I have looked at are crazy priced with $4.99 a week subs or high annual subs.
Or have an app you really like that does cartoon style photos you love?

Every one that I looked at that seemed reputable and had great features ended up being a subscription. Like there would be a free week trial, and then after that a monthly fee. Or there would be a free option, but the app was essentially not worth much with the pro features. I'll be watching to see if anyone has any suggestions!
