I am meeting a couple of my High School BFF's this weekend for a girls weekend. Should be a lot of fun with lots of memory sharing. And in preparation, I was just going through all the stuff I saved, you know pictures, notes, diaries, etc. Wow. Very interesting. I even found some calendars where I wrote down all the things we did each day. My main BFF has one too although it sounds like hers maybe more detailed. But what a find!! I can't wait to read through it all. I am taking my own notebook to take notes for future scrapbook pages.

Anyone else have this kind of stuff stashed away? When was the last time you have been through it?
 
OH FOR CUTE!!!! I have love notes and movie tickets etc from my DH and I when we were dating WAY BACK in high school :)
 
yep I have a few things set back from the days when Josh and I first meet. He actually has a few little things I've given him. Its been forever since I've been threw it.
 
I am so bad - I don't have any of that kind of stuff. Didn't even keep my year books! I'm also the type that won't go to my high school reunions though either. I went to a private Christian high school and people were a little bit prestigeous and stuck up.

What a find though - have fun on your little get together!
 
My husband and I started dating in high school and I acutally have all the love letters and movie tickets and stuff in a box somewhere... I also have all my old diaries... I think it would probably be funny to read them now... maybe even scary! lol!
 
soooo fun!! i still keep in touch with a few of my high school peeps. i actually looooved high school. it wasn't like my "glory years" or anything but i just loved it. i loved learning. loved seeing my friends. loved looking at pretty boys. *sigh* i have a few mementos from high school. some love notes, a poetry book, things like that.
 
I do that about once a year or so. I just did it about 3 months ago in fact. It's fun to do sometimes, especially nowadays when you can still connect with these people on Facebook and stuff.
 
We've moved so many times, I don't have much that's more than 5 years old! :giggle
 
I keep all that stuff. I have a box of stuff from when DH and I first started dating - mostly movie stubs, invites, stuff we did.
I have a bunch of love letters from my high school boyfriend. They're so funny to look back on.
 
Oh yea! I have some of that stuff and some incriminating photos from our senior skip day! LOL
 
I have some of that stuff too! Old pencil cases and notebooks covered with funny messages written in class...love poems from boyfriends etc. I really need to scrap some of it!
 
I have some stuff stashed. Love letters, old diaries and calendars, even t-shirts. I actually took a quick look at it all last month. It was all in a big box at my mom's, but since she's moving out, I brought it with me. It's in the back room, away from curious eyes, if you know what I mean... LOL!
