A Sigh of Relief

What a week for us! In the past 5 days we have succeeded in selling our house and buying a new one! This is me right now --->

I am beyond excited and am SO looking forward to being able to live together all as a family again! What I am NOT so excited about is getting all the details pulled together - financing documentation, inspections, appraisals, blah blah blah. But it will all be over... we close on our new house in no more than 4 weeks!

dana, it was on the market for 9 days before the offer came in... we came to an agreement on day 10. unheard of! i am SO thankful!

when we told the kids the house had sold, sebastian said, 'well that was a lot better than in michigan. THAT took FOREVER!' he was so right! this was a very welcome change of pace!

if you guys want to be nosey... here's a (not very good) pic of the house. as you can see, it is not quite finished yet. Meagan saw the picture and said, "Too bad it's so busted up." She thought the house was broken rather than still being built.
