but I'm back (at least mostly). We have internet, the computer is set up and my big plan for tomorrow is getting my silhouette unpacked and set up so that I can get my crafting on during my unpacking breaks (I've missed it so!).

Of course the craft room got shunted to the end of the unpacking list, because you have to have a kitchen and beds are important. And the Direct TV guy came out today so we were setting up the TV and extra stuff way too late last night.

But we're getting there, and I'm super excited about our new digs (maybe not the digs so much but the land surrounding them). I'm already starting to plan our spring garden, and DH is trying to figure out the best chicken coop to build. The leaves on the trees of the surrounding woods are starting to turn and I can't wait to get yummy fall photos. The view from my kitchen window is going to be amazing!

So happy to be back at my favorite online spot. I'm glad I had my phone to keep up with what was going on here, but I sure did miss having all of my scrapping goodies at my disposal.
 
Hurray! So glad that you're in and mostly back in working order! Hopefully the packing goes well for you. Are you going to host another house warming party to give yourself an unpack deadline? :giggle I wanna see pictures too!

A kitchen window view can make a home for me! We are itching to see it all too! Welcome back kinda! lol
 
Thanks guys! I really am excited about where we're at. I hate call weeks for DH that much more because of the distance from work (we're at the very edge of the 30 min maximum vs. the 5 minutes we used to be), but I think we'll figure it all out eventually. That and trying to make things fit into a space about half the size of where we came from are the two biggest obstacles.

LOL Karen, I can't believe you remember that. No housewarming this time (we are hoping to build a big deck out back next year though and celebrate it's completion with a huge barbecue). There was some damage done to the trailer when they moved it. An axle broke and there are some issues that need to be addressed (mostly trim work) and the company is sending someone out at the end of the week to do a walk through and repairs...so I still have a deadline.

So glad to see you back "home" here, and VERY glad to hear that you're getting unpacked in your new home!
