A crazy thing happened at the 5k today...

I was the Masters Winner! (or as I lovingly call it, first place old bat)

I finished in 25:something and was 5th woman overall and the 1st over 40.

I was just hoping to place in my age group, so when they handed me my huge prize I was like

Although I was like anyway, because I'd just run a 25 minute 5k after being sick all week. LOL

Lol Dana I don't remember? It's been 3 years since I started and I can't believe how far I've come! My first 5k was 37 minutes, and I ran the whole time. Now 25? Crazy.
