5/15 Speed Scrap Instructions

I'll be posting the steps for the speed scrap here in just a few more minutes... :)

Having some trouble getting into the chat room so for now... here's the first step:

1. Find at least two photos… the challenge? You must be in one of them. You may use more photos if you have them. If you don’t have a photo of yourself… you must use at least 6 photos! (repeats are acceptable)

2. Place your photos in a cluster near one corner of your page

3. Pick a color from your photos and find three elements that complement that color. Place those on your page to create a visual triangle to drawn the eye into your photos.

4. Use blending either with two papers together or add some brushes or paint strokes and change the blending mode

5. Journaling – this is an easy one. Just tell why these photos are important or at the very least the who, what, why, where and when.

6. Add a date somewhere on your page.

7. Add some doodles or arrows somewhere on your page.

Now you have until 11:00 pm EST tonight to get your page posted to the Speed Scrap Gallery. If you complete a page, you'll get a fabulous template set from Sara Gleason.

Here my page. I don't think I did the blending correctly - but at least it didn't take me over 20 mins to resize small enough for upload this time! ;)

Here's mine!! Kept fiddling around... still feel like it's missing something.... I wanted to add some doodles or somethin with my Wacom, so I dusted it off and plugged it in and then couldn't get it to work! I guess it needs an update. Ahh well. I like my blended photo in the background! THanks for a great speed scrap!
 
Here's mine... I still gotta add credits but I have a few other things to do first... but I got my page done!! Whew!
