Today’s crush is one of my favorite designers – Mommyish! ​

This event isn't a traditional challenge in that there aren't any real rules.
It’s a fun event to scrap with products from a fave designer or try a new (to you) designer. It’s all about having fun and celebrating the uniqueness of all of our Lilypad Designers!​

Mommyish’s talent boggles my mind. Not only does she make some ingenious and time-saving actions / styles, but she also has some wonderful kits AND CU products as well. If that wasn’t enough, she is one of the contributing designers for Memory Pockets Monthly. How can one person do it all? She's amazing! Check out her store and explore all her goodies.

But alas, since I do have other obligations (darn those children for needing to eat and do school!), I must restrain myself, so here’s the one page I made using Food for Thought kit as well as her Stylin #303 style to make a metal staple.

I've had this kit on my wish list for ages, but now I finally bought it. I love cooking, and I will get lots of use of this kit for sure. Here I've scrapped a classic recipe, a salad that was HUGE in the 70s, and is full of memories and nostalgia:

Ohhh that's the kit I used too because I love it so much - only you actually cook while I eat out (give your family food poisoning one time and they think you'll do it every time - humph!). I'm glad someone else loves this kit as much as I do!

Me too Carrie! She had some wonderful styles to make labels (like they come out of a label machine). I use those on so many of my layouts!!

The sales start at midnight EST each day so if it was after midnight EST, probably the next designer had her store on sale. Does that help?

Had fun looking through the Mommyish shop to find something to go with some photos of these two hilarious kids of mine. Love it when Google Photos curates a selection of pics for me! LOL
