I was so inspired by this page I ran across in the gallery a week or so ago and it made me think about how I could incorporate little bits like this about myself in my project life.

I know my kids and family will want to know those quirky little every day things that I was thinking, doing, or listening to at certain times in my life. That's what documenting the every day is about, right?!

So in this weeks spread I added a little info card about myself right in

Emily and Val's cards are the perfect little kick start to help you do this

So now I would love for you to fill this thread with inspiration on this very thing. It can be your pages or pages you have admired in the gallery that use this concept. Feel free to also fill it with some of your other favorite TLP products that could help out in jotting down that info about ourselves.

AMAZING layouts, and a great idea!
If I'm allowed the question, which font did you use for your spread? I totally love it!

I'm on my phone so can't post the page, but I did list a few songs that are Ty's favs right now - I didn't think to do lists for me and hubby too! Great idea xx

I just did this in my week 6... not about me, but my husband. He travels every week Mon-Fri, so he's not a part of our everyday. I really want to make sure that he's represented in my PL book as well and not just in the big weekend event stuff... but the normal, day to day stuff.

sooooo totally LOVE this!!! and Tracie, I love that you included the opening ceremony snafu!!!

I love these cards and have been admiring them in layouts that have popped up in the gallery. I've been adding a few of theses details in my layouts but may need to pick up val and Emily's cards.

tkradtke - love that you did this for your hubby.. Everything is usually from my perspective I think I'll get him to fill them out.

Oh gosh, I just saw a blog where she did it as a page insert! I wonder if I can find it!

That is awesome how she made the inserts in the photo books. Thanks for sharing the link.

i did this page for january, and am planning to do one for each month going forward. i have the notes jotted down for feb, but have yet to have time to scrap it

I love how you used that calendar card Rebecca. Sometimes, I think that our schedule is so crazy, but it is hard to actually sum that up succinctly in the week in review. Love that!

Thanks for the link, Laura! I felt like such a rebel cutting those photo book pages. Ha! :) It turned out great, and I'm really happy with it. After I decided to do it, I found another pocket scrapper had done it also! Nita at ongevijftig (it's in Dutch). :)

I was so excited to find it, because I was planning on doing a photobook as well and I was really at a loss about inserts! Great idea!

here's mine for Feb...i'll just have to go back in and finalize the calendar before I print.

So love this page too! (Loved Jans too). I like the way you mixed in patterned papers and just the overall color scheme is gorgeous. I like the idea of doing ths every month in addition to the other pages. Especially love what you're needing - lol!

If I start now I can probably catch up for this year. :)
