12 DAYS OF AJ - Day #12

Welcome to "12 Days of Art Journaling". During this time of the year I get really stressed out and thought why not make some challenges to take my mind of my infinite "to do" list for at least an hour. I have tried to design all 12 days of simple and fun challenges. You can make these in any size Art Journal (AJ), maybe you want to try to make journaling cards with an AJ flair or maybe a 5x7 size to print and frame. Maybe these could be those last minute presents you are still trying to figure out. Whatever you decide on the size, make it work for you. If you change your mind and want to do different sizes, that works too! Here in the AJ area we are VERY flexible, remember NO RULES! (Well, almost no rules, you must follow the challenge in some way and you must follow the 50% TLP's product rule from the gallery).

NOTE: You can start the challenge at any moment before the end of the 2014 year!

DAY #12 Challenge: Use 12 or more pieces of washi tape. It could be the same piece of tape 12 times or you can repeat as many as you want, you just need 12 pieces of tape.

NOTE #2: If you have read all the way until here I just want to thank you so much for playing with me in these 12 fun days. washi tape is like patterned or decorative tape, Cath - it's very popular - i'm sure if u type 'washi tape' in the search box in the store, u'll have tons to choose from

Here it is number 12. I have so thoroughly enjoyed all the challenges. I think I grew significantly in my Art Journaling, in skill, confidence and comfort because of all this practice. Thank you so much Dalis for your efforts and encouragement.

BTW, I think I have 18 tapes in the layout.

here's mine, i tried to block the tape - not sure i love it but spent longer on this one than all the others so far and i can't look at it any longer -still have to do day 8 but the end is in sight

I challenged myself to do something I've never done before using your challenge as a platform. I suceeded in making 12 sets of super art journal pocket or trading cards I just love.. Even the rejects are pretty cool.. Here is my final page with 12 pieces of washi tape holding the montage together..
