Welcome to "12 Days of Art Journaling". During this time of the year I get really stressed out and thought why not make some challenges to take my mind of my infinite "to do" list for at least an hour. I have tried to design all 12 days of simple and fun challenges. You can make these in any size Art Journal (AJ), maybe you want to try to make journaling cards with an AJ flair or maybe a 5x7 size to print and frame. Maybe these could be those last minute presents you are still trying to figure out. Whatever you decide on the size, make it work for you. If you change your mind and want to do different sizes, that works too! Here in the AJ area we are VERY flexible, remember NO RULES! (Well, almost no rules, you must follow the challenge in some way and you must follow the 50% TLP's product rule from the gallery).
NOTE: You can start the challenge at any moment before the end of the 2014 year!

DAY #1 Challenge: Use a bird in your AJ. Any bird, any size, any color, use it anyway you want. BIG or SMALL, show me some birds!

Oh I am back. Finished all my projects and am ready to go. It is the end of the 12th in my part of the world. Does that count :-).

I'm ready. it's the morning of the 12th and I have a few hours sans kids - so give me a challenge! ;)

hey Dalis - so i hope it's ok i do '12 days of JC's' - i was inspired by your partridges and need mental distraction from to-do's as well so i made me one too - pretty sure Peppermint never made this kit with AJ in mind but this is my version with some Allison Pennington stuff on a Just Jaimee card template BG.
 
Remember the rule, there are no rules in art journaling. Whatever theme, whichever size, just have fun!! I'm here at school checking the beauties using my phone. I need a bigger phone, I want to see those pics bigger than 2x2. LOL!
