Description
April Random Challenge :
When I found this photo in the box I couldn't stop looking at it. It evoked a time & place long forgotten to memory. I Asked Geoff who was in the photo and he knows its his cousins from 2 of his uncles but not who. He has never had much to do with that side of the family after his Grandparents & parents died. He is the eldest , first in line and his brother Wayne is 3rd. He remembers his Nanna giving them the hats & sunnies for Xmas. The photo was taken at their house in Swan View. I love that their collared shirts are all tucked in with one rebel amongst them. It all seems co-ordinated but not somehow.

i love the touch of yellow and that ribbon is expertly shadowed - the photo story with unknown's is such a familiar one, no one wrote details with their photos back them that i know of anyway so finding old pics like this is hard but you did an awesome job with it - they look like little 'blues brothers' wanna-bes!

I am so glad you have that awesome and sweet photo. I hope he can find his relatives somehow and get in touch with them, I bet they'd love to see that photo. This page is amazingly beautiful. I love the way you blended the photo in the upper corner. Such cute kids and great outfits. "Hey, these boys are taking over the mob after you, Capisce?"

This challenge is producing the most amazing pages to my eye! I love the way your went to the left with your photos and elements, it is an amazing photo and story, and your page is delightful.

Beautiful photo & layout! So cute in their little shorts and sunglasses. I love the blended photo against the solid blue paper

That's a very intriguing photo, like they were all told what to wear, maybe a few rebels with different shoes and ways of wearing the shirt. And some of them are so stoic in the way they are standing and others not -- but the joys of those old film camera days when you didn't have the luxury of 100 shots to get one good one. And I love the shades on them all. Your quadrants are lovely and so perfect for this wonderful vintage photo find.
