Book Club Christmas Party - DYD Day 5

Description
I had my book club Christmas party last night, so another day went by without me finishing my tree decorating. :giggle

I used:
Blue trees, snowman stamp, word bit from Noel Digital Scrapbooking Collection by Lynn Grieveson
Heart, stamp cluster w/bird and “the best time” from December Stories & Co. - Collection by Rachel Jefferies
Date from December Days No 4 (Numbers) Sahlin Studio
Left background paper from Merry & Mixed Media No. 1 [mini kit] by Pixel Giraffe Designs

A book exchange?! What a great idea! I guess it would go without saying for a book club, but how fun! Love your hybrid pages!

Right? We all bring a book wrapped up and it can be one we've already read or a new book and then we draw numbers and do like a white elephant game to open them. Number 1 picks a package, then #2 can either steal or pick a new package to open. It's so fun!

That's awesome...the game works cuz maybe they've already read what they pick! I'd say I'm jealous but I have a pile of books I still haven't read from last year, and I think maybe 3 books in progress. I would feel guilty taking another book out of circulation. LOL
